【Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake cake】
【Ingredients】 : butter 180g, sugar 180g, evaporated milk 200g, egg 2, flour 100g, chocolate powder 50g, baking powder 1/2 tsp, baking soda 1/2 tsp .
【 method 】:
1。Heat the sugar,evaporated milk and butter until melted over a double boiler until smooth(place the bowl over simmering water).
2。when (1) a bit cool then put egg one by one,mixed well.
3。Flour + cocoa powder +baking powder + baking soda sieve into big bowl, add in (2), mixed well.
4。Mould put butter, put (3) in and steam for 45 minutes.
5。Take out the cake.
【Chocolate sauce】:
【 Ingredients】 : Condensed milk 200g, Corn oil 2 tbsp, Cocoa powder 20g, salt a pinch.
【method】 :
1.Cocoa powder, condensed milk, oil mix, using water heat cook until slightly thickened.
2.Adding salt mix well.
3.slightly cold chocolate sauce pour it on the cake.
