蛋糕体: 牛油 180g 细糖 180g 淡奶 200g 蛋 2 粒 面粉 100g 可可粉 50g 发粉 1/2 小匙 苏打粉 1/2 小匙 做法: 1。 糖,淡奶,牛油放入锅内,隔水煮至融化,离火待用。 2。 (1) 稍凉后,分次加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。 3。 面粉,可可粉,发粉和苏打粉过筛后放入另外一个大盆内,把 (2) 倒入,搅拌均匀。 4。烤盘涂上油(避免粘),倒入面糊,放入蒸炉,中火蒸45分钟。 5。取出蛋糕,把蛋糕倒出。 巧克力酱: 炼奶 200 g 粟米油 2 汤匙 可可粉 20 g 盐 少许 做法: 1。可可粉,炼奶,油搅拌均匀,隔水煮至稍微浓稠。 2。加入盐搅拌均匀。 3。待巧克力酱稍冷后倒在蛋糕上即可

【Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake cake】

【Ingredients】 : butter 180g, sugar 180g, evaporated milk 200g, egg 2, flour 100g, chocolate powder 50g, baking powder 1/2 tsp, baking soda 1/2 tsp .

【 method 】:
1。Heat the sugar,evaporated milk and butter until melted over a double boiler until smooth(place the bowl over simmering water).
2。when (1) a bit cool then put egg one by one,mixed well.
3。Flour + cocoa powder +baking powder + baking soda sieve into big bowl, add in (2), mixed well.
4。Mould put butter, put (3) in and steam for 45 minutes.
5。Take out the cake.

【Chocolate sauce】:

【 Ingredients】 : Condensed milk 200g, Corn oil 2 tbsp, Cocoa powder 20g, salt a pinch.

【method】 :
1.Cocoa powder, condensed milk, oil mix, using water heat cook until slightly thickened.
2.Adding salt mix well.
3.slightly cold chocolate sauce pour it on the cake.
